Visits are by prior appointment and subject to approval.

What is your order processing turnaround time (TAT)?

Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM.

Orders received before the cut-off time are typically processed and dispatched the same day.

Do you offer same-day dispatch?

Yes. Orders received within the defined cut-off time may qualify for same-day dispatch, depending on courier pickup schedules.

For Ahmedabad-based sellers, we also support self-ship dispatch via Porter or other local delivery partners.

How do you ensure accuracy and avoid dispatch errors?

We follow structured operational processes including:

Shipping & Logistics

Which courier partners do you work with?

We also support shipping integrations via platforms such as Shiprocket.

Do you provide all-India delivery coverage?

Do you support Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

Yes. We support Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments.

COD collections are processed through courier partners, and the funds are settled directly to the seller’s account as per courier settlement cycles.

Returns & Reverse Logistics

How do you handle product returns and RTO orders?

Returned and RTO shipments are received back at our facility, where they undergo inspection and inventory verification before being restocked or marked for further action.

 

What is your return inspection process?

Returned products are inspected for:

Based on the inspection results, items may be:
